Rare 1920s-30s Racist "White" Alligator Letter Opener Eating "Black" Man Note Pencil

This is a rare circa 1920s or 1930s racist memorabilia "white" alligator letter opener with a "black" man note pencil. The note pencil sits inside the letter opener to make it appear that the alligator has eaten all but the head of the man. It is in celluloid, and it is hard to find one of these in this condition.

Circa 1920s-1930s.

Approximately 5-3/8" by 1"; pencil alone is 2-1/2" in length.

Celluloid, wood.

Pencil fits inside mouth of alligator.
