This is a Rare 1920's - 30's CMTC Citizens Military Training Camps Enamel Collar Disk in (Dark) Blue Enamel.

1920s - 1930s.

Approximately 1-1/16" in diameter.

Enameled brass.

Single screw post with disc backing.
