This is a rare circa 1910s or 1920s Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada Deputy Sheriff badge. Clark County, of which Las Vegas is the county seat, was founded in 1909 and is the southernmost county in the state. The badge is a six-point ball-tipped star in nickel with decorative details on each arm.
VINTAGE:Circa 1910s-1920s.
SIZE:Approximately 2-1/2" in height and 2-1/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical safety-style pin with saddle.
MARKINGS:None.
