ARTIFACT:

This is a circa 1910-1920 stock deputy sheriff six-point star police badge that reads DEPUTY SHERIFF.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1910-1920.

SIZE:

2-9/16" height and 2-3/16" width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Nickel-plated brass with painted letters.

ATTACHMENT:

Pin missing.

CONDITION:

6- (Fine): Badge shows some abrasion and slight blistering and most of the painted lettering has worn away; pin missing.
