ARTIFACT:

This is a Rare 1894 Southern California 7th Annual Grand Army of the Republic Encampment Ribbon. The Grand Army of the Republic was a fraternal organization composed of veterans of the Union Army, Union Navy, Marines and the U.S. Revenue Cutter Service who served in the American Civil War. It was founded in 1866 in Springfield, Illinois, and grew to include hundreds of "posts" across the nation.

CONDITION:

6(Fine): The ribbon shows stain of glue on both side, center of the ribbon where the main printed area is very nice, overall it is in fine condition.
