Description
This is a pre-World War I visor cap for a member of the Kaiser's Yacht Club. The cap is of the highest quality, and has a nice vine design around the hatband and a lovely bullion and enameled badge reading KY.
VINTAGE:Circa pre-World War I.
SIZE:Cap: approximate size 7.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool, patent leather, bullion embroidery, gold-plated brass, enamel, embroidery tape, silk lining, leather liner.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:Hard to read maker's mark from a company in FEDERFELD.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The cap has some areas of light wear inside the liner and light tarnish to the bullion.
