ARTIFACT: This is a General/Admiral Star for the US Army/Navy/Marine Corps, most likely from 1946. This silver plated nickel five-pointed star insignia is made by Meyer.

VINTAGE: Circa 1946

SIZE: Approximately 1" x 1"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silver Plated Nickel

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with over-under locking swivel catch

MARKINGS: "N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK."

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The star is in great shape, with light wear including scratches to the plating.
