The reason we say "Possible" is because this pin came in with another ABMAC pin. Not much is known of this piece at this time, but it is a nice-looking pin, definitely from the 1930's era. There is good reason to believe it is a Chinese Aid Donation Pin, namely the emblem with the dragon in the middle.
