This was part of The Civilian Pilot Training Program CPTP as a flight training program from circa 1938-1944 sponsored by the United States government with the stated purpose of increasing the number of civilian pilots.

CONDITION:

7- (Fine+): Some tarnish, but great patina. Left wing tip (as viewed) is slightly tweaked, so lower grade and lower price. Might get a jeweler to straighten this if no one jumps on the bargain. :)

As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
