This is a Nice World War I USN CPO Chief Petty Officer Hat Badge Chrome Plated in Early 1930's. To Be worn as a  Sweetheart Brooch.

World War I.

Approximately 1-3/4" in height x 1-1/8" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Chrome-plated brass.
