Nice Old 1950s Malden, Massachusetts Fire Dept. Asst. Fire Chief Helmet Plate NOT AVAILABLE

This is a nice old circa 1950s Malden, Massachusetts Fire Department Assistant Chief helmet plate. Malden is a suburb of the Commonwealth's capital city, Boston. The plate is in hand-painted leather, in vibrant gold and red. It is maker marked upon the hardware on reverse.

Circa 1950s.

Approximately 6-1/8" in height and 4-1/2" in width.

Hand-painted leather, brass.

Holes, riveted short band.

5 painted at bottom reverse; CAIRNS & BRO. on band.
