Nice 1940's-50's Aircraft Owner Pilot Association ID Bracelet w/ Member Name & Number

This is a nice 1940's-50's Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association ID Bracelet. The bracelet belongs to one Phillip D. Folta, ID number 6098It was made by the L.S. Peterson Company of Attleboro Massachusetts. The sterling silver bracelet has an enameled wing attached to it.
