Great 1920's ??? 1930's Chinese General Omnibus Co. Ltd. Brass 2 ?? cent token. The Chinese General Omnibus Co. Ltd. is the first bus company in Shanghai opening up for public transportation in 192The front of the token features the numbers: "2 ??" cut out in the center and surrounding it reads: "GOOD FOR 2 ?? CENTS". This early transportation token has a letter 'M' inside of the first 'O' of "GOOD". The token reads: "C. G. O. LTD SHANGHAI" on the reverse. This issue was circulated for more than 18 years, until the WWII when the second issue was released in 1939/1940.
