This is a lapel or hat wing for the New Zealand National Airways Corporation (NAC) enameled in red. From 1947 to 1978, NAC was New Zealand's national airline.
VINTAGE:Circa late 1940s.
SIZE:Approximately 7/16" height and 1-1/2" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal Y pin with safety-style catch.
