Mid-1960s Type SB4C Boy Scouts (BSA) Silver Beaver Award with Box & Instructions

This is a type SB-4C Boy Scouts of America Silver Beaver distinguished service award with its original presentation box and instruction booklet. The cunning mammal hangs at the end of a lovely aqua blue and white striped ribbon.

Circa mid-1960s.

Award: approximately 7/8" height and 1-1/4" width and 3/4" thickness; ribbon: approximately 33-1/2" length by 1-3/16" width; box: approximately 5" length and 3" width and 1-1/8" thickness.

Sterling silver award with brass hanger, silk ribbon, coated cardboard box with velvet lining, printed glossy booklet.

Badge has suspension loop and silk ribbon.

STERLING and "r" maker's mark on bottom of award; SILVER BEAVER AWARD NO. 326 on side of box.
