Lovely, late 1800's Police officer's Billy Club in turned hardwood, possibly American walnut or chestnut. This example features a hold drilled about midway for lanyard attachment.
VINTAGE:Circa late 1800's
SIZE:Approximately 11-3/4" full length x 2.5" (bottom diameter) and 1-1/2" (top diameter)
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wood, possibly American walnut or chestnut
ATTACHMENT:Hole drilled for lanyard attachment
MARKINGS:None.
