Late WWII US Army 5th Army Patch-Type DI

This is a circa late World War II patch-type distinctive insignia for the United States 5th Army. The insignia is an A and a 5 against the silhouette of a Arabic tower.

Circa late World War II.

Approximately 7/8" in height and 13/16" in width.

Gilt brass, enamel.

Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
