Late 1970s-Early 1980s Alitalia Airlines Steward 2nd Class Wing in Bullion

This is an Alitalia Airlines steward 2nd class wing in gold bullion from the late 1970s or early 1980s. Alitalia began flying in 1946 and changed hands in 200There is a letter S within a circle at the center of the wing, which rests upon two chevrons.

Circa late 1970s - early 1980s.

Approximately 1-7/16" in height and 3" in width.

Wool embroidered in bullion and silk/cotton threads.
