This is a 1980s pilot wing for Tradewinds Charters, a Singapore airline begun in 1976 and now known as Silk Air. The wing is in handsome gold bullion with a pointed oval medallion at it center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1980s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/4" in height and 4-1/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool and silk embroidered in bullion threads, cloth backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.
