VINTAGE: Circa 1962.

SIZE: About 4-1/8" in width by 1-1/4" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silver wire, tinsel, and bullion embroidered on black wool felt. Wing is sewn to a piece of blue-grey gabardine wool that was part of the pilot's uniform.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn on to garment.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a large collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. This is the real thing! As of late I have decided to start slowly liquidating my Airline wing collection. Watch my seller page for some great wings, badges and service pins over the next few months. there will be reserves, but the pieces will be well worth them! LAEJX SAEJX5/10

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): Light signs of wear and tarnishing. The gabardine uniform piece that the wing is sewn to has a couple of nips, but the black wool of the wing itself is perfect and free from signs of mothing.

GUARANTEE: As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
