ARTIFACT: This is a circa late 1950s pilot hat badge 2nd issue for West Coast Airlines (WCA). A Seattle-based airline begun in 1946, WCA flew until 1968, when it became Air West. The center of the wing has green enameled lettering.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-5/8" in height and 2-13/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts with clutch-back.

MARKINGS: STERLING.

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The badge shows light wear and has an overall tarnish.
