This is a circa late 1950s patch for the United States Air Force 100th AEMS (Armament & Electronics Maintenance Squadron). A part of the 100th Bomb Wing, the 100th AEMS was stationed at Pease AFB, Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The patch reads HEART OF THE MISSION and shows a missile at the center of a blue heart.
VINTAGE:Circa late 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 3-5/8" in width and 4" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
