Description
This is a late 1950s jacket patch for the United States Air Force 582nd Air Resupply Squadron. This is the second design of this patch: the first design, which came out in 1955, did not have the scroll at top. The patch shows a bulldog with a missile in his mouth riding thunderbolts like water skis and reads WE DELIVER.
VINTAGE:Circa late 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 4-1/2" in height and 3-3/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in multi-colored cotton/polyester threads.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The patch shows some light wear and an area of discoloration along the top banner.
