ARTIFACT: This is a 1950s patch for the United States Air Force 2nd Armament & Electronics Squadron from Hunter AFB in Georgia. The design changed in 1959 when this unit merged with the 308th Armament & Electronics Squadron. The patch shows a multi-tasking octopus at its center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 2-7/16" in height and 3-7/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester thread.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: The patch you receive will either be the on pictured or one in very similar condition. This is from a United States Air Force collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. ebay(2) LBCX5/12

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The patch shows some light wear.
