ARTIFACT:

This is an early 1950s United Airlines lapel pin in sterling silver for one year of service. The pin is by Speidel and is a winged red, white and blue enameled crest upon a propeller.

VINTAGE:

Circa early 1950s.

SIZE:

Approximately 1/2" in height and 7/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Sterling silver with enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS:

SPEIDEL STERLING.
