Description
This is a circa early 1950s pin for twenty-five years of service with Westinghouse Electric Company. George Westinghouse, made famous by power, had already patented revolutionary life-saving equipment for the railroad industry and opened Union Switch and Signal Company before starting Westinghouse Electric in 188Westinghouse became incorporated in 192The pin is by Balfour, and it is enameled in blue and gold-filled.
VINTAGE:Circa early 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 5/8" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-filled, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post (back is missing).
MARKINGS:LGB (Balfour) mark 1/10 10K GF.
