This is a nice shoulder sleeve insignia from the longest continuously serving cavalry unit in the US Army - the 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment. French motto inscription: "Always Ready."
VINTAGE:Late 1940's.
SIZE:About 2 ½" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fine embroidery on silk/poly with cotton support on the back.
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn onto garment.
MARKINGS:None.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a large collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEX97.
CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+) This shoulder patch has some minor creasing (gentle ironing might take care of this) but is generally in a very good condition.
