Description
This is a circa late 1930s through World War II pin for Wright Aero Corporation, the aircraft engine manufacturing division of the Curtiss-Wright Corporation. The pin was given to a Wright employee with five years of service with the company. The pin was made by Balfour, and is in sterling silver with red and blue enameled details.
VINTAGE:Circa late 1930s - World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 11/16" in height and 13/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:LGB (Balfour) STERLING and some undecipherable markings.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The pin has some light wear and an overall tarnish; all enamel is intact.
