This is a large, well-made airliner badge dating from the 1940s.
VINTAGE:Circa late 1940s.
SIZE:Approximately 2-7/16" in height and 2-7/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
