ARTIFACT: Japanese Thousand Stitch Belt with coin. The belt (could also be worn as a headband) is embroidered with red thread and painted with blue dots, and kanji. The coin sewn to the center reads: "Good Luck"

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Approximately 53" x 13-1/2"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Linen, paint, cotton embroidered thread, coin

MARKINGS: Kanji on coin reads: "Good Luck"

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine—Excellent): The belt/headband shows age/storage wear and areas of light soiling, the coin is bright showing little to no wear.
