Description
This is an interesting 1930s wall plaque by Farberware of New York. The company was started in 1900 by S.W. Farber, a tinsmith by trade. The plaque is a ceramic plate with a wide, aluminum border. There is a scene showing two women and a child in period clothing in a clearing in front of a church. The hammered border has a decorative embossed leaf motif.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 16-1/2" in diameter.
