This is a 1930s leather wallet from the New York City Police Benevolent Association. It shows the seal of the City of New York on its front, and has a billfold and celluloid sleeves for photos.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 4-11/16" in length and 3-7/16" in width and ¾" in thickness.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Leather, clear celluloid, paper insert, painted metal snap.
ATTACHMENT:Snap closure (half missing).

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The wallet has an area of slight discoloration on its reverse; snap is broken.
