ARTIFACT: This is a WWII Donation Pin for Chinese Living Abroad in New York. It was presented for donating towards the purchase of an aircraft to fight against Japan. This pin was made for wear in the United States and there is an American maker's mark on reverse. The pin is beautifully enameled in red and blue with a white aircraft at center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 5/8" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with tongue-style C catch.

MARKINGS: United Emblem Co. NY.

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The pin has very little wear.
