Note: The person writing the envelope misspelled "Hindenburg" in upper left corner. There are 4 10-cent U.S. postage stamps in upper right corner.

Circa 1936.

SIZE:

About 8-7/8" in width by 4" in height.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Paper, ink and postage stamps.

ATTACHMENT:

ITEM NOTES:

This is from a large collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months.

CONDITION:

4+ (Very Good): The postal cover has been slit at edges to retrieve the letter inside; there is some wear and tearing to edges; some yellowing of the paper; very minor fading of ink, and some heavy foxing on the back form the envelope glue. Still a nice example.

GUARANTEE:

As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
