This is a handmade World War II sweetheart brooch with the Great Seal at its center. The edge of the oval brooch is notched and it bears a serial number on reverse.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Medallion: approximately 2" in height and 2-5/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass/aluminum.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:WENDELL AUGUST FORGE, INC. ART IRON 190.
