ARTIFACT:
This is a grouping belonging to a United States Army Air Forces captain (name obscured) of the 3rd Combat Cargo Squadron, 1st Combat Cargo Group, 10th Air Force. The grouping includes a pair of lieutenant bars, a leather jacket patch and a twill shoulder patch, all made in the China-Burma-India theatre. Also included are an inscribed air medal, an issue altitude computer and two US-made shoulder patches.

Circa World War II.
SIZE:
Various sizes.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Lieutenant bars are cotton with cotton/silk embroidery, the other CBI-made shoulder patch is twill with embroidery, and the jacket patch is multi-piece leather. The two US-made patches are fully embroidered in silk/cotton threads, the flight computer is cardboard and the air medal is most likely bronze.
