Great WWII E for Excellence Award Pamphlet & Facsimile Telegram with Original Envelope

This is a great World War II "E" for Excellence award pamphlet from Hyde Windlass Company in Bath, Maine. The award comes with its original envelope and a facsimile Western Union telegram informing the recipient their company's production helped the cruiser Boise achieve its victory at Cape Esperance.
