This is an "E" award pin for the Edward G. Budd Manufacturing Company. The pin is oval and reads E FOR PRODUCTION UNITED STATES NAVY BUREAU OF ORDNANCE EDWARD G. BUDD MFG. CO. and shows an anchor and two crossed cannon.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:1" height and 11/16" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with "C" catch.
