ARTIFACT: Great WWII, 1943 dated United States Department of Agriculture "Farm War Service" Homefront award certificate from rural New Hampshire. Certificate is signed by both the Secretary of Agriculture, Claude R. Wickard and County Chairman of the U.S.D.A. War Board, George A. Barrett and it reads: "Certificate of Farm War Service – This certifies that This Family is enlisted in all-out farm war production – 1943"

VINTAGE: Circa 1943

SIZE: Approximately 13 3/4" x 11"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Paper certificate sealed in original plastic on cardboard.
