Great WWI USN "Watch Officer's Manual" from 1917 with Fabulous Reference Info on Flags

This is a circa 1917 United States Navy book entitled "Watch Officer's Manual". It was written initially by Ensign C. E. Hovey and revised by Lieutenant S. Endel. The manual covers everything to do with the watch, including when the ship is in port, as well as how to handle emergency situations. The manual has color illustrations of the flags of combatant nations along with the naval rank of same! A fabulous reference.

134 pages (color illustrations); approximately 9-1/4" in height and 6" in width and 7/16" in thickness.
