This is Late 1930s USN CPO Hat Badge in Gilt Brass and Nickel.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/4" x 1-3/16".
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel and brass.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
