Great Older Smith & Wesson Leg Shackles Marked PCSD (Pinal Co. Arizona Sheriff Dept.)

This is a great pair of older leg shackles made by Smith & Wesson. They are marked PCSD for the Pinal County (Arizona) Sheriff's Department. The restraints are sold with a key that unlocks each cuff.

Circa 1950s-1960s.

Approximately 5-3/4" by 4-5/8" (each cuff when closed as shown - adjustable); chain is about 17" in length.

Stainless steel.
