ARTIFACT:

This is a beautiful ca. 1910's-1920's Oakland, California Police badge. #241, Originally issued to Officer R. A. Feliz. This very large badge is made of sterling silver with hard-fired black enamel by th Ed Jones company of Oakland, and has a very early maker mark of that company. 

VINTAGE:

Circa 1910's - 1920's.

SIZE:

Big & Beautiful: about 3-1/4" tall by 3-1/4" wide.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Sterling Silver with hard fired enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical kick pin with forked style locking catch.
