This is a great, large 1930s United States Air Corps pilot wing in silver-plated brass. The wing is nicely detailed and shows a striped crest at its center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1" height and 3-1/16" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver-plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:None.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEJX11 LCEJX5/11 SEJX2/12
CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The wing shows some small spots of light wear and tarnish and has some light abrasions on its reverse.
