VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:About 3-1/16" in width by 7/8" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver-plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with a "come-under" locking catch.
MARKINGS:Meyer maker's mark.
