ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1930s United States Air Corps pilot wing in silver-plated brass. The wing was made by Gemsco of New York and is maker marked on reverse.
VINTAGE: Circa 1930s.
SIZE: Approximately 7/8" in height and 3-1/16" in width.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silver-plated brass.
ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with tongue-style catch.
MARKINGS: GEMSCO N.Y.
