ARTIFACT:
This is a great, and rare, Early WWII C. C. Moseley Presentation Civilian Pilot Instructor Wing of Louis “Bud” Francis Foster Jr.
Early in WWII, certainly by March 24th 1942, Louis “Bud” Foster was a flight instructor in the Civilian Pilot Training program in Long Beach,
California. He was eventually hired as a primary flight instructor at the Polaris Flight Academy.
At the end of the war, Foster was serving as a primary flight and instrument instructor at the Polaris Flight Academy.
VINTAGE:
World War II.
SIZE:
Approximately 13/16" in height x 3" in width.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Gilt Brass and engraved on back.
