This is a great, and rare, Early WWII C. C. Moseley Presentation Civilian Pilot Instructor Wing of Louis Bud Francis Foster Jr.
Early in WWII, certainly by March 24th 1942, Louis Bud Foster was a flight instructor in the Civilian Pilot Training program in Long Beach,
California. He was eventually hired as a primary flight instructor at the Polaris Flight Academy.
At the end of the war, Foster was serving as a primary flight and instrument instructor at the Polaris Flight Academy.

SIZE:Approximately 13/16" in height x 3" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt Brass and engraved on back.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop-in locking catch.

CONDITION:8+ (Excellent): Only very light wear, and little tarnish are present. This wing was obviously well stored throughout its existence.
