ARTIFACT:
This is a great old circa 1900 press room or reporter badge for the Chicago Examiner of Chicago, Illinois, which was published from 1907 until 1918 only. The badge is on the smaller side and is shaped like a six-pointed star.
VINTAGE:
Circa 1900.
SIZE:
Approximately 1-13/16" in height and 1-9/16" in width.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:
Vertical safety-style pin.
