ARTIFACT: This is a great circa 1900 Shiners miniature mug with a gilt and enameled logo. There is an acronym under the logo which reads "A.A.O.N.M.S." This is both and acronym and an anagram, meaning both "Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine (Also known as the Shriners of North America.)" and "A MASON." The Shriners are an appendant body of the Freemasons, the meaning behind the anagram. The mug holds approximately 1/8 Liters, as noted on the reverse of the mug above the handle.

VINTAGE: Circa 1900

SIZE: Approximately 3-1/2" x 2-3/4" x 3"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Ceramic, gilt & enamel.

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): Some of the gilt and enamel is worn off, namely on the top rim and the sword. Everything else is in Excellent condition.
