This is a Great 1960's - 1970's Philadelphia Pennsylvania Fire Department Commissioner Helmet Plate in Excellent Condition.
VINTAGE:1960s-1970s.
SIZE:Approximately: 6-5/16" in height x 5-3/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Badge: Gold-plated brass with painted lettering. / Helmet Plate: Leather painted, and sewn with real stitching, and then sealed with a water resistant clear finish.
ATTACHMENT:Badge: Single screw post with disc backing. Helmet Plate: Brass hanger.
